Quite comfortable stay in and out of town. Fairly clean hotel, amicable staff, marvellous and stunning location close to the bus stop. Location adjacent to Seaford 3 minutes and Newhaven 8 minutes and further west to Brighton, the train station and beach and the ferry from Newhaven. Double room with a view of the garden, the garden, for example.

We loved the hotel, it was exceptionally comfortable and delightful. It had a magnificent location close to the Ferry to Dieppe, handy for Brighton. The beautiful conservatory was in a very quiet neighborhood. They offered coastal & country walks.

Ab Fab Rooms provided great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room offering a lovely view. The location was perfect for us, near the beach and with convenient access to Brighton and Eastbourne. The staff, especially Udo, were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast option: A lighter alternative to the duvet would be ideal on warmer days.
